- Effectively banning abortion access nationwide by misusing and misinterpreting the Comstock Act to block access to abortion pills and medical equipment and rescinding FDA approval of abortion medication

- Creating a surveillance state that tracks births and abortions
- Allowing states to deny pregnant people emergency care and employers to deny birth control coverage
